Welcome to Sports Hero. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Sports Hero app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register. Users below 18 years of age may register only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

2. Participation in Sports Activities

Sports Hero is a platform that connects sports enthusiasts and allows users to organize, participate in, and share sports activities, including but not limited to cricket, football, tennis, and wrestling.

Participation in any sporting activity is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that sports activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury
• Illness
• Disability
• Permanent injury
• Death
• Damage to personal property

By participating, you voluntarily accept all such risks.

4. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sports Hero, its owners, directors, employees, officials, volunteers, partners, organizers, representatives, and affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for:

• Any injury, illness, disability, or death.
• Any fight, assault, abuse, misconduct, or dispute between participants or spectators.
• Any damage, theft, or loss of personal belongings, sports equipment, vehicles, accessories, or other property.
• Any incident occurring before, during, or after any match, practice session, training session, tournament, or event.
• Any negligence or misconduct by participants, teams, organizers, referees, or spectators.

Each participant is solely responsible for their own conduct and safety.

5. Medical Fitness

You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in sports activities.

If you have any medical condition that may affect your participation, you agree to consult a qualified medical professional before participating.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Respect all participants, officials, referees, and spectators.
• Not engage in violence, abusive language, harassment, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Follow the rules of the sport and instructions of event organizers.
• Avoid damaging any venue, equipment, or property.

Sports Hero reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these rules.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may upload videos, photographs, and other content.

By uploading content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to upload it.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights.
• The content does not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material.

You grant Sports Hero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote such content within the app and related promotional materials.

8. Content Removal

Sports Hero may remove any content or suspend any account that:

• Violates these Terms.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Promotes violence or illegal activities.
• Contains obscene, abusive, or misleading content.

9. No Responsibility for Matches

Sports Hero provides a technology platform only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Sports Hero does not organize, supervise, referee, control, or guarantee any match or event and is not responsible for participant behavior or event management.

10. Insurance

Sports Hero does not provide medical, accident, health, or property insurance.

Participants are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage before participating.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sports Hero, its owners, employees, officers, affiliates, partners, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or legal expenses arising out of your participation in any activity or your conduct.
